Payments:
Cash only. Please bring exact amount as I do not keep change. If you do not have cash, you can pay cash app there will be a $10 Fee Assessed.
Deposits:
Your deposit is to secure the time and date of the appointment at the time of booking. Non-refundable & Non-trasferable booking fee deposits are required to book appointment. Deposit will go towards your service. The remaining balance may be paid with cash. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, you must pay a new deposit. Groupon voucher holders will be required to follow all booking polices and procedures.
Late Policy: 5 MINUTES!
Please be courteous and ensure that you are on time for your scheduled appointment. You have a 5 minute grace period. If you are running late please notify us as soon as possible, however if you are more than 5 minutes late, there will be a $20 fee added to your balance. After 5 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and no refund will be given.
Cancellation/No-Call No Show Policy:
Please note that your initial deposit allows for one rescheduled appointment, if you reschedule before the 24 hour window has closed. If it is required that you reschedule more than once you forfeit your initial deposit. NO SHOWS WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL to rebook. Same day cancellations will forfeit your initial deposit.
All Clients: If your appointment is canceled due to failure to arrive on time, you will forfeit your deposit. PACKAGES MUST BE FULFILLED WITHIN 30 days of purchase. Paid in full package will follow the deposit policies. Groupon voucher holders are required to follow the same booking policies.
One on One and Group Classes:
Please arrive on time to your scheduled class. All balances are due upon arrival.If you are 15 minutes late there will be an additional $50 Fee. If you are more then 30 minutes late your class/spot will be canceled and you will be charged a 75% fee. If you are a no call/no show, you will be charged 100% fee and no longer be allowed to book future classes. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations must be done before 72 hours of the scheduled class time, failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Your balance is due in Cash. I do not accept any other form of payments.
Please keep your phone on silent and only answer calls in case of emergency. If you are continuously on your phone during class, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
Banned Clients:
If you were banned due to no-call/no-show, continuous last-minute cancellations or declined payments, you can become unbanned. In order to be removed from the banned list you must pay any outstanding balances and all future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking via invoice.
Guest Policy:
Please bring NO extra guest with you, if you arrive with any extra guest your appointment will be canceled and deposit will not be transferred.

Miscellaneous Policies:
Please make sure all contact information is correct and up to date in case of any changes to the schedule or emergencies. Failure to provide correct phone number or email will result in a cancellation and deposit will not be refunded.
Due to Covid-19 scheduling spaces are limited. If you are past your grace period of 5 minutes your appointment will be CANCELED w/out ANY REFUND. All clients are required to wear mask to be service, If you don’t have a MASK some will be available for purchase. PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment if you are having cold/flu like symptoms, Coughing experiencing shortness of breath and or have a fever (100.4 F or higher) You will be asked to leave w/out being serviced or refunded. Let’s stay safe! NO FOOD ALLOWED DRINKS WITH A TWIST TOP ONLY.
